Thomas Pecha has a long history in the Financial Service Industry.

He started his career at IBM in 1989, but soon realized his vision in 1991 by
forming his own consulting firm, with which he contributed to the build up of
the Austrian Options and Futures exchange. With the gained knowledge about the
financial industry and together with partners he founded a Luxembourg SICAV and
set up all the operational aspects, which he managed for a couple of years.
After several years of experience in the field of electronic exchanges,
derivative instruments and investment vehicles in Austria, Luxembourg and the
United States it was time to broaden the scope.
From 1998 until 2002 he worked for Winterthur Central &
Eastern Europe, managing the Information technology in whole CEE. After sale of
Winterthur Austria in 2002, where he was responsible for the IT relevant topics
of this M&A, he continued to service various major companies, like Hewlett
Packard and Siemens amongst others, in Austria and Central & Eastern Europe,
with his expertise in the Financial Service Industry.
