Wonderful tuna meals, from tuna fished by a close friend on a friend’s sailing yacht.
Tuna Steak
Marinate tuna in soy sauce mixed with wasabi for several hours. Then sear it whole on all sides. Afterwards, roll it in grated pumpkin seeds and cut into individual steaks. Depending on the desired doneness, sear the steaks on one side again.
